Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), Techmora Software & Technology Investment Inc. (“Company”) processes your personal data as the data controller.
2. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed to carry out communication, evaluate publishing applications and partnership requests, operate information security processes and fulfil legal obligations.
3. Data Categories
Limited categories such as identity, contact, transaction security and request/complaint management data may be processed when necessary.
4. Transfers
When required for service delivery, your data may be shared with authorized public institutions and limited service providers in compliance with applicable laws.
5. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have rights under Article 11 of KVKK, including learning whether your data is processed, requesting information, and requesting correction/deletion under conditions set by law.
6. Application
To exercise your rights, you may submit your request in writing or through the methods provided by applicable regulations. Requests are concluded in line with KVKK and related rules.
